OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA
July 28, 1981
This Site Plan Review was held for the consideration of 1
the Gill Office Building located at 110 Bridge Road.
Mr. Alvin W. Butterfield, Building Official was present
to present to Council the Building Official 's Site Plan
Examination Report and the Site Plan Review Application and
Check List.
The proposed building is located off Bridge Road behind
the Texaco Service Station.
The Community Appearance Board reviewed the building plans
at their meeting on July 15 , 1981. They approved the plans for
the Gill Office Building with the proviso that two (2)
handicapped parking spaces be located at the northeast in front
of the building and the landscaping be revised as necessary.
The proposed building will be two-stories with the entire
first floor being leased on a long term basis to Jupiter-Teauesta
National Bank and the second floor being used as general office
space .
Council talked at length about the two-way traffic going
into Burger Chef along the proposed building. The owner of the
proposed building is also owner of the land that is part of
Burger Chef.
It was -the consensus of Council that the entrance into
Burger Chef be closed off and the north-south road should only
be for the new building.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:47 P.M.
