ACID 93% SOLUTION DATED FEBRUARY 9th, 2023,WITH SHRIEVE CHEMICAL
COMPANY,LLC
THIS THIRD ADDENDUM, made and entered into this 4 th day of November, 2025,
effective immediately, by and between the Village of Tequesta,Florida, a municipal
corporation organized and existing in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida with
offices located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469, hereinafter referred to as the
"Village", and Shrieve Chemical Company, LLC, a Texas corporation with offices located
at 1442 Lake Front Circle, STE 500, The Woodlands, TX 77380, authorized to do business
within the state of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor" (and collectively the
"Parties"), both of whom agree that the current Agreement for Sulfuric Acid 93% Solution
(hereinafter the "Agreement"), made and entered into by the Village and the Contractor on the 91h
day of February 2023 is hereby amended in the following manner:
SECTION 1. The original agreement is hereby extended for the third of four possible renewal
terms and shall now expire on October 171h,2026.
SECTION 2. All Articles and paragraphs of the Agreement which are not specifically mentioned
in this Amendment remain in full force and effect.
WHEREFORE,the parties have set their authorized signatures on the dates set forth next to
each.
