Prepare site plan package per checklist (prelim engineering, landscape arch, building designs elevations and
floor plans)
Environmental:Environmental Assessment update and PAMP update
April-June 2026: Site Plan review and responses to comments
Anticipating 3 - 6 months min for site plan review/approval through Martin County.
July November 2026: 60% and 90% Plans production
Production on 90% plans can happen while the site plan is being processed.
December 2026: Deliver 90% plans to Village.
