Regular Council STAFF MEMO Meeting: Regular Council - Feb 12 2026 Staff Contact: Jay Hubsch Department: Community Development IMMF Council Consideration of Final Selection of Colors for Village Annex (Station 11) at 465 Seabrook Road in the R-1 Residential Zoning District. SUMMARY: A At the December 12th Village Council meeting, the Council voted 5-0 to approve SPM 05-25 for exterior and landscape modifications for the Village Annex (formerly known as Station 11). During the meeting, Council discussed whether the roll-up doors should be painted a lighter shade of blue and whether Bahama shutters should be added above the roll-up doors. As a result of that discussion, the Council imposed a condition of approval requiring that the design of the roll-up doors be brought back for Council approval prior to performing that modification. In response, Village staff prepared visual renderings illustrating the roll-up doors in lighter shades of blue and with the addition of Bahama shutters. Council may elect to approve the previously approved color scheme or select one of the alternative options presented.
