• Proposal based contract between SAK Construction and City of Largo, FL
Trenchless Sanitary and Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Services Contract No. 24-B-806 .
• SAK Construction will provide City with a final inspection video of rehabilitated sewer.
• Subject to pre-CCTV Inspection by SAK Construction to verify installation of CIPP Liner.
• Does not include point repairs, if required, prior to the installation of CIPP Liner.
• This proposal includes resurfacing the structure on Dover Road and Oak Ave with
cementitious repair mortar.

RE: Village of Tequesta Outfall Inspections
Dear David,
SAK Construction, LL C is pleased to offer the following quotation on this project:
Inspect 13 EA (Thirteen each) outfalls using diver services with still photos and written
report of findings.
Lump Sum Proposal: $14,650
NOTE:
• Proposal assumes 2 days total to inspect 13 different submerged outfalls and provide
still photos of each outfalls along with a written report of the findings.
• If additional days are needed to complete these inspections, a daily charge of$4,980 will
be assessed.
• This proposal assumes this work will be completed in conjunction with our proposal
dated 10/15/2025 for sewer rehabilitation services.
