MINUTES
SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FL
FEBRUARY 18, 2026 1:00 PM COUNCIL CHAMBERS
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Public Works Director Doug Chambers at 1:03 PM. A roll
call was taken by Deputy Clerk Mary Ann Grieser.
Present were: Utility Director Allyson Burg, Building Director Wayne Cameron and Public Works
Director Doug Chambers.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM CITIZENS
There were none.
AGENDA ITEMS
1. Review and Determine Responsive, Responsible, and Technical Compliance and
Document any Deficiencies for the Tequesta Drive Bridge Restoration Project
Public Works Director Doug Chambers removed from consideration KER Construction,
LLC due to a failure in submitting a bid bond.
The other companies were discussed and it was determined that Cone and Graham, Inc.
was the lowest bid, that was responsive, responsible and technically compliant.
MOTION: Chambers, Director of Public Works made a motion to recommend Cone And
Graham, Inc. to Council for the Tequesta Drive Bridge Restoration Project; Utilities
Director Burg seconded the motion. Carried unanimously 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 1 :26 PM.
MOTION: Utilities Director Burg made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Building Official Cameron
seconded the motion. Carried unanimously 3-0.
