➢ 4/16 PBCFCA Monthly Meeting (McLoughlin)
➢ 4/16 PBCFCA 5 Bugle Meeting (McLoughlin)
➢ 4/22 EMS QA/QI (all members)
➢ 4/24 EOC/Firehouse Tour w/ JIC Police Chief and Town Manager
• Special Events
➢ 3/28 Easter Open House (See photos page 2)
➢ 4/24 Arbor Day Celebration
• Upcoming Operations, Training and Special Events
➢ Working with TCC for training site as they begin demo (possibly 6 months out)
➢ Beginning in January, TFR will be training in Palm Beach Gardens on weekends
and evenings (quarterly). This training is ongoing and overtime/staffing contingent.
➢ April 14,15 &16 Physical Ability Testing-all passed (See Photos page 3)
➢ FF/PM Evans training at PBCFR, currently enrolled in Officer Development Course
for prospective Lieutenants

Emergency Management
➢ Working on Tequesta Hurricane Plan-this is an extensive project that will
continue until completion
➢ 2026 Atlantic Hurricane Season June 1 through November 30
➢ Planning for tabletop, specific department readiness begins May 1st
Other Information
➢ New hires have started on shift 11/25-26 (1 not retained)
➢ Traveling to Indianapolis for FDIC (McLoughlin)
➢ MCFR & TFR fuel agreement returned from legal
➢ Working with JIC on their AED program
➢ Mutual Aid Agreement with Jupiter Fire Rescue (at legal)
➢ HB929-addressing issues within the bill (ongoing)
➢ Station wear along with a portion of our turnout gear will begin to replace
beginning with this budget cycle PFAS free material, this allows us to get
ahead of House Bills that are certainly coming in the future
