The next available Planning & Zoning Advisory Board Meeting is set for July 2, 2009. You will be notified in writing of that meeting. You will be required to notify the neighbors within 300 feet of your site and also to include the surrounding Condo Tenants if not in the 300 ft. Our office will prepare a letter for your office to be mailed via First Class. As soon as the letter is ready, you will be notified. Also, the address labels can be obtained from the Property Appraiser's Office located at 3188 PGA Boulevard.
