HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution_22-99/00_12/09/1999• RESOLUTION NO. 22-99/00 • A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AWARDING A BID CONTRACT TO PAPICO CONSTRUCTION, INC., DBA FROEHLINGS/PAPICO OF PALM CITY, FLORIDA, FOR CONSTITUTION PARK PATHWAY RESURFACE IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,500, HAVING A FY 1999/2000 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND BALANCE ALLOCATION OF $19,000, AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPLICABLE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Constitution Park Pathway Resurface Contract Proposal from Papico Construction, Inc., dba Froehlings/Papico of Palm City, Florida, in the amount of $15,500, Attached Hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference as part of this Resolution is hereby approved and the Village Manager is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the Village. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by Councilmember Schauer who moved its adoption.
