THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PARCELS OF LAND OWNED BY KARL A. KANDELL ASSOCIATES, INC. FROM R-1, SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING CLASSI- FICATION, TO R-2, MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELL- ING CLASSIFICATION. Wi~REAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, being Ordinance Number 211, may be amended from time to time on its own motion or on petition, after public hearing, by the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida; and ~~REAS, upon petition of Karl A. Kandell Associates, Inc., owners, to amend said Ordinance and the zoning map thereunder to change the zoning classification of the property the petitioner hereinafter describes from R-l, single family dwelling classification, to R-2, multiple family dwelling classification, a public hearing was duly held on Friday, November 30, 1973; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA: SECTION l: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, being Ordinance Nianber 211, and the zoning map thereunder, be, and the same is hereby, amended with regard to the following described property, to wit: + A Parcel of land in the Northeast one quarter (NE 4) of ~~ Section 25, Township 40 South, Range 42 East, PaLn Beach ~ County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: The Westerly 640 feet of the West one half of the Southeast one quarter of the Northeast one quarter (SE 4, NE 4) of Section 25, Township 40 South, Range 42 East, PaLn Beach ' County, Florida. TOGETI~R with the following described parcel: That part of the South 130.16 feet of the Northeast one quarter of the Northeast one quarter (NE 4, NE 4) of Section 25, Township 40 South, Range 42 East, lying West of the Southerly extension of the West right of way of Seabrook Road. as shown on the Plat of Jupiter Cresta, Unit 2, as recorded in Plat Book 28, page 10, Palm Beach County, Florida, public records. SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
