AN ORDINANCE OF THE VII.LAGE OF TEQUESTA,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 43 AND
THE ZONING MAP THEREUNDER Z'0 CHAN('~ 'PHE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF A PARCEL OF LAND
OWNED B7C ALMONT PROPERTIES, INC.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta,
Florida being Ordinance No. 43, map be amended from-time to time on its
own motion or on petition, after public hearing, by the Village Council
of the Village of Tequesta, Florida; and
WHEREAS, upon petition of AIMONT PROPERTIES,, INC., 0~, to
amend said Ordinance. and-the zoning map thereunder to change the
zoning classification of the property of the petitioner hereinafter
described, from C-2 to R-2, a public hearing was duly held on
August 15,",1972:

VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FIARIDA:
. Section 1: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Tequesta, being. Ordinance No. 43, and the zoning map thereunder, be,
and the same is hereby, amended with regard to ,the following de~acribed
property, to-wit:
-From the intersection of the Westerly right-of-way line of
the Florida East Coast Railroad xith the Northerly right-of-
wap line of Tequesta Drive as shown on the, plat of Jupiter
in the Pines, Section "C"' recorded in Plat Book 26, page I9,.
Public Records of Palm Beach Countp, Florida, proceed
S, 6?°32'09" W., along said Nartherlp right-of wap line of
Tequesta Drive, a distance of 212.5 feet; thence N. 22°41"51~' W.
parallel to said Westerly right-of way'line of the Florida
East Coast Railroad, a distance of X92.0 feet to the POINT OF
HEGINNING; thence continue N, 22°41"51" W., along said para11e1
line, a distance of 108 feet; thence S. 6?°32"09" W., a
distance of 162.5 feet to the Easterly line of RIDC~[~C10D HOMES,
Section Tao, as recorded in Plat Book 27, page 187, said
Fublie Records; thence S. 22°41"51" E., slang said Easterly
line a distance of 108 feet; thence N. 67°32"09" E., a ~_
distance of 162.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
to change the zoning classification of said property from C-2 to R-2.
Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict be, and the-same are hereby, repealed.
Section 3: That this Ordinance sha11 take effect upon its
passage and approval, as provided by law.
