Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance_193_04/18/1972.~ ~ ~ ~ ORDINANCE N0. 193 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, ANNEXING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND TO THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA. t+1tEREAS, subsection 29 of Section 4.02 of Article IV of the Charter of the Village of Tequesta grants the Village Council the power to annex any lands adjoining or within three miles of the terr- itorial boundaries of said municipality upon the petition of the owner or oti~ers thereof; and WfiEREAS, NORTH COUNTY FIRST AID SQUAD, INC., the owner of a certain parcel of land situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, has filed a petition with the Village Council requesting that the land described therein be annexed to the territorial limits of the Village of Tequesta: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the parcel of land herein above mentioned and more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land in Section 25, Township 40 South, Range 42 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: The tJest 50 feet of the East 805 feet of the North 117 feet of the South 132 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the South- east Quarter of Section 25, Township 40 South, Range 42 East, PaLn Beach County, Florida, lying West of the Westerly right- of -way line of Seabrook Road, as recorded in Official Records, Book 524, Page 211, Pa]m Beach, County, Public Records is hereby annexed and incorporated into the Village of Tequesta, with the same force and effect as though the same had originally been incorporated into the territorial boundaries thereof.
