WHEREAS, subsection 29 of Section 4.02-of ,Article IV of the Charter of the Pillage of Tequesta grants the Pillage Council the pour to hex any lands adjoining-or within three aZiles oi' the territorial bonnd.aries of said municipality-upon the petition of the owner ar o~rners there~af; and WHEREAS, Charles C. Approved: Mayor Attest: age Clerk • We, the undersigned owners of the following described real estate situate in Palm Beach County, to wit: A parcel of land in Government Lot 3, Section 36, Township 40 South, Range 42 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at an iron pipe near the shore of Jupiter River Northwest fork (sometimes called Loxahatchee River) and in the Southwesterly boundary of Lot 16, Block "C", JUPITER MANORS, Section 1, Sheet 4, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, page 38, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; thence North 45° 34' East {this bearing being as shown on said Plat of JUPITER MANORS, Section 1, Sheet 4, and all other bearings contained herein are relative thereto) along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 16 a distance of 407.2 feet to a 1 1/4 inch iron pipe; thence North 48° 12' East a distance of 30.34 feet to a point; thence P3orth 49° 36' West a distance of 512.50 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe driven in the ground, said pipe being the point of beginning of the tract of land herein described; thence continue along the same course, North 49° 36' West a distance of 95.3 feet to the point of beginning of a curve concave to the East and having a radius of 1175 feet; thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve a distance of 33.41 feet to a point; thence North 58° 40' East a distance of 26.11 feet to a concrete monument; thence continue along the same course North 58° 40' East a distance of 282 feet to a 1 1/4 inch iron pipe; thence along the same course to the waters of Jupiter River (North fork); thence southeasterly along the waters of said Jupiter River (north fork), to a point North 53° 38' East from a 1 1/4 inch iron pipe, said pipe being 100.35 feet South, 47° 58' East from the last mentioned 1 1/4 inch iron pipe; thence South 53° 38' West to said 1 1/4 inch iron pipe; thence along the same course, South 53° 38' West a distance of 272.48 feet to a concrete monument; thence continue along the same course a distance of 25.68 feet to the point of beginning, subject to the rights of the public in the Southwesterly 25 feet of said parcel of land for public Eighway purposes; together with all riparian rights thereunto appertaining. do hereby respectfully request that said property, which adjoins and touches the territorial limits of the Village of Tequesta, State of Florida, be annexed to and included within the territorial limits of the Village of Tequesta.
