(measured at right angles to) the South line of
Southwest Quarter of said Section 30, as shown on the
Plat of the right-of-way of State Road No. 5, recorded
in County Road Flat Book 2, pages 105 to 118 inclusive,
public records of Palm Beach County, Florida, thence
westerly along said parallel line a distance of 160.81
feet, thence southerly at right angles a distance of
150 feet, thence Easterly at right angles a distance
of 150 feet to an intersection with the Westerly right-
of-way line of said U. S. Highway No. 1 (State Road
No. 5), thence Northerly along the Westerly right-
of-way line of said State Road No. 5 a distance of
150.39 feet, more or less,. to the point of beginning.

Palm Beach County, Florida, run westerly along the
south line of said Section 30, a distance of 472.93
feet; thence northerly at right angles to the south
line of said Section 30, a distance of 120 feet to
the point of beginning and the southeast corner of
the parcel of land herein described thence continue
along the same course northerly, a distance of 180
feet; thence westerly, parallel to the south line of
said Section 30, a distance of 5.00 feet; thence
northerly, at right angles to the preceding course, a
distance of 5.39 feet; thence westerly, parallel to ,the
south line of said Section 30, a distance of 301.32
feet, more or less, to a point in the easterly right-
of-way line of the Old Dixie Highway; thence southerly

BE IT 012DATNED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1.
That pursuant to the provisions of Florida Laws, 1961,
Chapter 61-2944, it is hereby declared to be the intention of the
Village of Tequesta, Florida, to annex the following described unincorpora-
ted and contiguous tracts of land, situate, lying and being in the County
of Falm Beach, State of Florida, to-wit:
PARCEL A
That part lying East of U. S. No. l of the
South 150 feet of Government Lot 4, Section
30, Township 40 South, Range 43 East, Palm
Beach County, Florida.
PARCEL B
Government Lot 1, Section 31, Township 40
South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County,
Florida.
PARCEL C
A parcel of land in Section 30, Township 40
South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County,
Florida., more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West right-of-way
line of State Road No. 5 (U. _S. Highway No. 1)
at a distance of 1210.37 feet„northerly, ..measured
along the said West right-of-way line, from the
South line of said Section 30; thence westerly,
parallel to and 1207.40 felt northerly from and
measured at ri ht angles to the south line of
the Southeast ~uarter of Section 30, a distance
of 125.0 feet; .thence northerly parallel to the
West right-of-way line of said State Road No.

to Rinker Materials Corporation, said deed
being recorded in Official Record Book 240,
page 63, public records of Palm Beach County,
Florida,
to the Village of Tequesta at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
approval and final passage of this Ordinance.
Section 2. That upon final passage this Ordinance shall thereupon
be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in some newspaper
published in Palm Beach County, Florida, and three (3) printed copies of
said Ordinance shall be posted for four (4) consecutive weeks at some
conspicuous place in said Village, and three (3) copies shall in like manner
be posted in the district to be annexed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED ON SECOND READING this 21st day of
