The remaining 50% of the cost will be paid by Leisure Services. • The unit cost for the banner and bracket is as follows: 3' x 5' double-sided full color inkjet banner: $190.00 (1) 2-part bracket set per banner: $48.00 Total Cost per Banner: $238.00 • Each business will pay $119.00. I believe this is a very good opportunity for the Village for the following reasons: Interoffice Memo • It encourages Tequesta Businesses to be involved in their community that otherwise would not have participated. • Gives the event great visibility & marketability. • When the program was initially introduced, the idea of the businesses paying 100% was not well received. Once Leisure Services paying 50% of the cost was proposed, the program was immediately successful. The following Tequesta businesses have committed to the Banner Sponsorship Program: • Rocky's Ace Hardware • Village Barber Shop • Artist for a Day • Head to Toe Massage & Spa • Forever Young Children's Consignment • Craig Wich Studio of Performing Arts • Tequesta Urgent Care • Paws 4 Play • Tropical Oils & Incense • The Bake Shoppe • West Marine • Sun America Bank • Anita's Skin Care • Lobster House • Rinaldi's • TD Bank • Village Bootery • Hog Snappers • Tequesta Tire Forsythe, Jody From: Corbitt, Greg Sent: Monday, August 31, 2009 2:55 PM To: Forsythe, Jody Subject: Banner Agenda Item • Budget will be impacted 2010. • Estimated Cost to the Village: $2,261 (for 19 Banners) • Account: Advertising & Promotion 001-231 549.201 • Budgeted Amount: $8,000 Thank you, Village of Tequesta Greg Corbitt, CPRP Director of Parks & Recreation 399 Seabrook Rd.
