Subject: 9 Chapel Ct -code issue w/swimming pool
FYI -Joe, while on a police call (case 09000510) at the above address we made an arrest and had to transport several
kids to the hospital due to intoxication. f noticed the pool at this residence was green and frogs were swimming in the
pool. The screen enclosure did not seem to be adequate. The sad thing was the homeowner. Mr. John Huasgen (sp?)
seems oblivious to what is happening around his home. The neighborhood kids were visiting his daughter, Dakota
Huasgen, and actually had kids swimming in that pool. Perhaps you could address this issue through Code Enforcement
means.
