The screen enclosure did not seem to be adequate. The sad thing was the homeowner. Mr. John Huasgen (sp?) seems oblivious to what is happening around his home. The neighborhood kids were visiting his daughter, Dakota Huasgen, and actually had kids swimming in that pool. Perhaps you could address this issue through Code Enforcement means. Thanks, Sgt.
