RESOLUTION NO. 52-04/05
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING
A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH NEXTEL SOUTH CORP, A
GEORGIA CORPORATION D/B/A NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS, OF
MAITLAND FL, AND THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, TO GRANT
AN EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE APPROXIMATELY 468 SQUARE
FEET OF GROUND SPACE ON A PORTION OF REAL PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, LOCATED AT 901 N.
OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY, TEQUESTA, FLORIDA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Consideration to enter into a License Agreement, (Attachment A) with Nextel
louth Corp, a Georgia Corporation, d/b/a Nextel Communications of Maitland, Florida, and
ie Village of Tequesta, to grant an exclusive right to use approximately 468 square feet of
zound space on the Village property for the construction, operation, and maintenance of an
quipment shelter, and to erect, operate and maintain six (6) communications antennas on the
pillage's existing communications tower located at 901 N. Old Dixie Highway, Tequesta
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by Vice Mayor Watkins,
who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Resnik, and
upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:

The Mayor thereupon declared the Resolution duly passed and adopted this 14th
day of April, A.D, 2005.
