RESOLUTION NO. 23-04/05
• A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AWARDING THE THIRD YEAR CONTRACT TO
LINE-TEC, INC. OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $45,000.00 FOR TOUCH READ WATER
METER INSTALLATION AND METER BOX REPLACEMENT,
HAVING BEEN BUDGETED FOR FY 2004/2005 IN
ACCOUNT #401-411-652.601 IN THE WATER UTILITY
FUND AND HAVING A BUDGET ALLOCATION OF
$150,000.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE
MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPLICABLE CONTRACT ON
BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Consideration to award a contract to
Line-Tec, Inc., of Boynton Beach, Florida, in the
amount of $45,000.00 for Touch Read Water Meter
Installation and meter box replacement in Routes
102,103,109,and 113, having a FY 2004/2005 in
• account #401-411-652.601 in the Water Utility Fund
and having a Budget Allocation of $150,000.00,
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by
reference as a part of this Resolution is hereby
approved and the Village Manager of the Village of
Tequesta is authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the Village.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by
Councilmember Humpage, who moved its adoption.
The motion was seconded by Councilmember Resnik,
and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as
follows:

The Mayor thereupon declared the Resolution duly
passed and adopted this 9th day of December, A.D,
