OS -O4,'05 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AWARDING AONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE CONTRACT FOR DENTAL INSURANCE TO FLORIDA MUNICIPAL INSURANCE T RUST, A PPROXIMATELY IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,000.00 FOR FY 2004/2005 BUDGET ALLOCATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE.
