The Respondent, ALMONT VILLAS, LLC., was net present at the hearing, however, there was a finding of proper notice. 2. The tenant, Ron Grassi, was present at the hearing. 3. The Tegttesta. Code Enforcement Officer testified to and produced Paliee Reporks of, the violation. Ct~NCL~(~'SIONS OF LAW Respondent, ALMQNT VILLAS, LLC., was, but is no longer, in violation of Chapter 30 Article X Section 30-361, of the Code of Q~rdinanees of the Village of Tequesta. • • • Feb. 4• ~0~8 11.P6AM LAW OFFICES ORDER No•3845 N• 3 It is the prder of the Cade Enforcement Special Magistrate that Respondent, ALPVI~NT VIULAS, LTC., shall continue to comply with Chapter 3(l Article ~ Section 30-361, of the Cade of Oxdinances cif the Village of Tequesta. Respondent shall be assessed three hundred-nine°ty~six,dallars and sixty-cents (396.6{l} far aclrninistrative costs to be paid by the Z3'~ day of Febrtta~y, 2QE}8. Future violations of the aforementioned code sections xnay be considered a repeat violation far which a fine of up to five-hundred-dollar's ($SOU.00) ger day ma~€ be i~npt-sed beginning an the date the violation begins. A certified copy of this Qrder may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property' of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property awn~i by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount.
