Ax~icle II Section Itl-~34, of the Code of Ordinaztces of the Village of Tequesta. Respondent shall be assessed two-htmdred-sixty=rune-dollars and twenty-one-cents (~269.2I) for administrative costs to be paid by the 23`~ clay of Febn~ary, 2ElQ8. Future violations of the aforementioned code sections may be consid a repeat violation for which a fine of ug tQ five~hunc~eci-dears (5.(1tI} per day may be imposed beginning on the date the violation begins.
