The Special Magistrate appainteti by the Village crf Tequesta to hear Cade enfaraexnent
asses for the Village of Tequesta, in acaorcl~nce with Chapter I6Z, Florida Statfates, has heard
testimony at the Cade Eni~arcement Hearixig held on the 24`s day of February, ~UUS, and based. on
the evidence and testimony presented, the fallavwing FINDINGS C}F FACT, C~}NCLUSIQNS
QF LAW, end C}RDER are hereby entered:

1. The kespandent, KATHLE~T bAV TS, was present at the hearing and there was a
firniing of proper natiae.
2. The Tequasta Cade Enforcement Gfl'icer testified to and produced. CAD Reports of the
violation.

Respondent, KATHLEEN DAMS, was, butt is no longer, in violation of Chapter 10
Article II Section 10-34, of the Cade of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.

• It r`s the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate that. Respondent,
KATHLEEN DAVIS, shall continue to comply v~rith Chapter I~? Ax~icle II Section Itl-~34, of the
Code of Ordinaztces of the Village of Tequesta.
Respondent shall be assessed two-htmdred-sixty=rune-dollars and twenty-one-cents
(~269.2I) for administrative costs to be paid by the 23`~ clay of Febn~ary, 2ElQ8.
Future violations of the aforementioned code sections may be consid a repeat
violation for which a fine of ug tQ five~hunc~eci-dears (5.(1tI} per day may be imposed
beginning on the date the violation begins.
A certified copy of this Order may lae recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beacb
County, Florida, and, once record, shall constitute a Tien against the property of the original
amount upon which the violation existed. and upon any other real or personal grogeriy owned by
the Respanderit, gur~uant to Chapter 1.62, Florida Statutes for the original amount.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at {56l} 575-3826 to request a reinspectian of the grogerty
