It is the Grder of the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate that Respondent, MA~JRICB
FISHMAN, shalt comply with. Chter 78 Article I3~ Section 78-284, of the Code of C?rdinances
of the'V'illage of Tequesta bythe t4 day ofFebruary, ~$.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, Respondent shall be assessed a
fine of up to two-htu~dxed-f fty-dollars (5230~.~} per day until the grc~perty is i~ full compliance.
A Fine., Assessment I-Iearing will 6e held before the Special Magistrate on the 21~` day of
