Address: 479 SEABROOK RD Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: 25-40-42, N 130 FT OF W 635 FTOF NE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 (LESSN117FTOFE25FTOFWSSSFT&ELY46.04 FT R/W SEABOOK The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Cha~ter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 6t day of August, 2007, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondent, FL1, was not present at the hearing, however, there a finding of proper notice. 2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the repeat violation. He also testified that the infestation of bees constituted an immediate and serious threat to the public health, safety and welfare. G CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondent, FL1, is in repeat violation of Chap. 30, Art. II, Sec, 30-32 and 30-33, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate that Respondent, FL1, shall immediately comply with Chap. 30, Art. II, Sec, 30-32 and 30-33, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. This violation constitutes an immediate and serious threat to the public health, safety and welfare. Due to the serious nature of the violation, the Village is authorized to correct the violation and charge the cost of repairs to the Respondent. A Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Magistrate on the 23rd day of August, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., at the Village of Tequesta, Code Compliance Division, 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida. The Special Magistrate shall award administrative costs but reserves ruling on the amount • until the Fine Assessment Hearing set for August 23, 2007. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-3826 to request a reinspection of the property.
