The attached Quit Claim Deed would effectuate the granting of the property owned by Eastern Sales c/o Adele
Schlusemeyer to the Village. Upon the Village Council accepting the property, Ms. Schlusemeyer could execute the deed
with witnesses and notary and we could record it. That would pretty much take care of it.

THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED made this day of , 2010 between
EASTERN SALES, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation, C/O Adele R. Schlusemeyer, whose address
is 295 River Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469, hereinafter called the AGrantor@, and, the VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, a municipal corporation, with offices located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida
33469 hereinafter called the AGrantee@.
(Wherever used herein the term AGrantor@ and AGrantee@ include all the parties to the instrument and
the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successor and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH, that said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration to said Grantor in hand paid by said
Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto said Grantee, all that certain land situate in
