Sec. 78-731 Intent.

Sec. 78-732. Prohibited signs generally.
No signs shall be permitted in the village except those
specifically allowed by this article. What about temp, signs and
signs put up by the Vi//age
Sec. 78-733. Permit required:
...repair, alter, relocate or maintain....requires permits and
making payment of a fee as set forth by the village. In addition,
all signs shall be subject to the provisions, permit fees, and
inspection requirements of the village building and electrical
codes, Fees are again required to maintain signs?
Sec. 78-737. Painting
Painting of signs is required every two years from the date of the
issuance of the permit....more than two years
Sec. 78-738. Wind pressure and dead load requirements.
All signs and other advertising structures shall be designed and
erected to withstand a wind velocity of 150 miles per hour and
shall be constructed to receive dead loads as required .... what
about signs that are painted on doors and window
Sec. 78-740. General restrictions;

Sec. 78-741. Technical requirements
(1 )a. One sign per establishment shall be permitted on the
building, not to exceed 60 square feet..cou/d this be changed to
inc/side a sign on the frontage and a sign on the bur/ding and a
sign on the windows, it wou/d have to be more than 60 square
feet.
Sec. 78-742 Exemptions
(m) Temporary signs announcing new business..maybe inc/sided
signs or banners for specia/events /ike the Vi//age does.
