Proposal This service agreement between Village Of Tequesta located at Tequesta Park; Tequesta, FL 33469 and Sheehan Turf Care, Mc., an independent contractor will be valid 3 l 2010thru .~~, 20~ ~, 7. SERVICES TO BE RENDERED AS PART OF THE MONTHLY SERI!/CE: A. MOW/NG: Weekly mowing of fields, frequency is determined by seasonal variations. Minimum 52 cuts. B. EDGING: Al! infield and warning track areas will be mechanically and/or chemically treated once a month.. C. FERTfLIZAT/ON: Sheehan Turf Care will fertilize all turf as follows. a. Monthly checks on all irrigation on ball fields. b. Spring and fall application of Dylox for control of grubs and mole crickets.. c. Every 3 months application of 79-0-19 Pre-M (Weed control) d. Applications wiN be made quarterly 10-4-2Q D. PEST CONTROL: Sheehan Turf Care will perform weekly checks for pest in all turf areas with control methods to follow if present. The services in the service agreement to be provided fora 36 month fee of $90,000. Monthly fee of $2500.00 ADDITIONAL SERVICES If requested, the following services will be performed and billed on a "time and materials" basis: A. Verticutting 8. Topdressing C. Aerification D.
