SPECIAL MASTER CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING
MINUTES
July 22, 2004
PRESENT: Special Master Lara Donlon; Code Enforcement Officer Jason Fleming,
and Recording Secretary Betty Laur.
The hearing was called to order at 10:09 A.M.
Code Enforcement Special Master Donlon announced that approval of the minutes of
the May 27, 2004 hearing would be continued to the next meeting.
Fine Imposition Hearings:
The Respondent, Jacob P. Demerac, was not present at the hearing; however,
there was finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer
testified to the violation and produced photographs.
Conclusion of law was Respondent Joseph P. Demerac is in repeat violation of
former Section 355 Appendix A XL (2) Page 1184.1 currently codified and
numbered as Section 78-643 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta.

Special Master Donlon ordered that Respondent Jacob P. Demerac shall
comply with former Section 355, App A XL (2) Page 1184.1 currently codified
and numbered as Section 78-643, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta by July 27, 2004. If respondent does not comply within the time
specified, respondent shall be assessed a fine of $100.00 per day until the
property is in full compliance.

Animals Creating Nuisance
The Respondent, Charles R. Lowry, was present at the hearing, and there was
proper notice. Respondent Charles R. Lowry admitted that the cat was on the
neighbor's property. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the
violation, and produced photographs.
Conclusion of law is that Respondent is in violation of former Section 511
Chap-4 Section 4-7 Page 257, currently, codified and numbered as Section 10-
$, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Donlon ordered that Respondent Charles R. Lowry shall
continue to comply with former Section 511 Chap-4 Section 4-7 Page 257,
currently codified and numbered as Section 10-8, of the Code of Ordinances of
the Village of Tequesta.
