NEW BUSINESS
Public Hearing to consider and make recommendations to the Village Council with regard to
the following:
1. Ordinance 1-10, First Reading, Amending The Village Code Of Ordinances At Chapter
78. Zoning. Article IX. Supplemental Regulations. Division 2. Site Plan Review. And
Division 3. Special Exception Uses. By Amending These Divisions To Relocate Certain
Approval Criteria From The Special Exception Approval Process To The Site Plan

COMMUNICATIONS FROM CITIZENS:
Communications from Citizens is an opportunity for the Village Council to hear concerns from citizens and not a time for
questions, answers and debate. Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the section entitled
"Communications from Citizens," subject to the three-minute limitation.
OTHER AGENDA ITEMS:
Any citizen is entitled to be heard on any official agenda item when the Village Council calls for public comments subject to the
three-minute limitation.
Village Council Meetings are public business meetings, and as such, the Village Council retains the right to limit discussion on
any issue.
