HomeMy WebLinkAboutProperty_Easements_04/08/2010 BILL OF SALE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Jupiter Pointe Marina, Inc. a Flerida Corporation, of the County of Palm Beach and State of Florida , Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the Village of Tequesta Utility Department, Party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed, transferred and delivered, and by these presents does grant bargain, sell, convey, transfer and deliver unto the said Party of the Second Part, its successors and assigns, the following goods and chattels, located in the County of Martin , and State of Florida, to wit: All water mains and appurtenances installed per the civil engineering plans prepared by Southern Design Group, Inc. identified as "Seapointe Marina, Water, Sewer, Paving and Drainage Construction Plans" in 19 sheets. See attached water main and related appurtenances installation cost breakdown. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, its executors, administrators, successors and assigns forever.
