Subsection (A), General Pro - Asians Paragraph (8), Floor elevation above sea level, to allow: (1) The replacement of a front porch with ;a front yard setback of 22.2' in lieu of 25', (2f -'The addition" of a closet with a side yard setback of 7.5' in liem bf '10% (3) A proposed lot coverage of 37.6°/8 in lieu- of a Aiaximuift37% lot coverage; and (4) The addition of a °sitting room and the-addition of a closet to match the odsting nish floor elevation of 7:36', in lieu of a minimum finish floor elevation above mean sea 4evel.:(MSL.)° for all- -construction ; additions and substantial improvements to existing structures being &Y SL or i8" `Abo re the - of the ' road; whichever is more stringent, all - as required ,by . the. The action of this Board has no bearing or relationship to any other approvals or permits which may be required.
