Consideration of moving pension funds from First Citizens Bank (formerly Sun American Bank) — Attorney Bonnr Jensen (Tab 1) * 2. Request Board approval to invite the firms which have shown interest in becoming the Village's third party pension administrator to attend the May 3, 2010 quarterly meeting to present their proposals and be ready to answer any questions. COMMUNICATIONS FROM CITIZENS: Communications from Citizens is an opportunity for the Village Council to hear concerns from citizens and not a time for questions, answers and debate. Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the section entitled "Communications from Citizens," subject to the three-minute limitation. OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Any citizen is entitled to be heard on any official agenda item when the Village Council calls for public comments subject to the three-minute limitation. Village Council Meetings are public business meetings, and as such, the Village Council retains the right to limit discussion on any issue. NOTE: Disabled persons who need an accommodafion order to participate in this Village Council Meeting are requested to contact the Village Clerk's Office at 575-6200 at least three working days before this meeting.
