The Committee reviewed collections provided by Evelyne Bates and Marge Harp, item
by item, and placed a temporary marker on those pieces they wished to copy. Ms.
Drake advised she had some of the newspapers on disk and could provide that to the
Village. A booklet in the Bates collection had been published by Ellison Graphics, so it
was suggested they be contacted to see if they might have items pertaining to Tequesta

taken of Mrs. Harp standing by the plaque when it was placed on display. Village Clerk
McWilliams indicated she would copy the items which were marked.
