2000 If in length, 4" thick, and as an alternate we will also provide you with a proposal for construction in asphalt. Please see
below the line Items that will address your needs as per The Town of Jupiter annual contract for miscellaneous roadway
improvements EPW- 2008 -19.
Concrete -
Item # 522 -4 4" concrete sidewalk new 1112 sy @ $51.00 = $56,712.00
(This item includes clearing & grubbing, excavation & embankment.)
Item # 160 -2 Compacted sub grade 1112sy @ $3.00 = $3,336.00
Total proposed total for concrete sidewalk $60,048.00
Asphalt Pathway
Item 339-4 Install misc. asphalt pavement (1 " 5-111 asphalt, 6" base rock & 12" compacted sub - grade)
1112sy @ $48.00 = $53,376.00
Item 120 -2 Excavation 250cy @ $6.15 = $1537.50
Total proposal for asphalt pathway $54,913.50
Please note that although the proposal for asphalt pathway is more economical, we highly suggest the installation of concrete for
longevity, speed of installation and future value to the Village.
