MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT.
• 1 understand that in order to receive maintenance I, as well as any authorized users or service persons, must provide
an authorization code as proof of plan membership.
• I understand that proper training is important to the successful use of FundBalance software and that support calls
are not a substitute for staff training on the applications purchased.
• 1 understand that FundBalance requests 48 hours notice for any scheduled "Maintenance Time Calls" related to
installations, conversions or appointments with on -site technicians or consultants. Advance scheduling of such calls
allows FundBalance to deliver prompt service.
• 1 understand that if I do not install the most current released version, within six (6) months of their official release
date, that this may Pffect support response time. I understand support renewal on all versions prior to the most
current release may not be supported after six (6) months of that release date.
• The FundBalance staff will only support software developed by FundBalance. Programs written by third - parties to
interface to FundBalance applications will only be supported to the extent feasible by FundBalance staff and you
may be referred to the third -party vendor.
• Problems arising from alterations to FundBalance program code by non - FundBalance personnel and drastic
changes to set up may be billable at $175 per hour to correct.
• The Annual Maintenance fee may be increased by current inflation rate, but no more than five (5) percent per year.
Advance notice will be given of any increases, and said increases will be billed with your next maintenance renewal.
• 1 understand that FundBalance cannot make guarantees that any given printer will work with FundBalance software.
• By paying my Annual Maintenance fee, I acknowledge that FundBalance will provide services for my FundBalance
software. I understand that the FundBalance Maintenance Agreement covers only those items specifically listed on
the agreement. The services covered by this plan remain in full force for one year from the activation date.
Payment for these services is non - refundable.
• Maintenance services that require involvement from development staff may be billable at $175 per hour. Any
services provided for non - FundBalance issues may be charged at $125 per hour. The client will be informed of any
charges before the service is provided and charges incurred.
By signing below, I agree that the terms and conditions stated in this document, including the applications and cost are
correct. I also understand that maintenance fees are non - refundable.
