LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, FOR ONE HEWLETT - PACKARD 1055CM PLOTTER PER THE METRO DADE COUNTY CONTRACT #1569 -2/0 IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,147.00, HAVING A FY 98/99 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SPECIAL REVENUE FUND BUDGET ALLOCATION OF $12,000.00 AND A FY 98/99 STORMWATER UTILITY FUND BUDGET ALLOCATION OF $2,530.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPLICABLE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Proposal from CADD Centers of Florida • for one Hewlett- Packard 1055CM Plotter Per the Metro Dade County Contract #1569 -2/0, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference as part of this Resolution, is hereby approved and the Village Manager of the Village of Tequesta is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the Village of Tequesta. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by Councilmember Hansen , who moved its adoption.
