Couzzo, Jr., Village Manager Village Of Tequesta 345 Tequesta Drive Tequesta, FL 33469 Re: 479 Seabrook Road Tequesta, Florida Dear Mr. Couzzo: Please be advised that I represent Paula Bielski who is the primary principal of FL -1, LLC, the title holder for the property known as 479 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida ( "the Property ") as well as a party in her individual capacity in the litigation pending filed by the Village Of Tequesta, Florida in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Of Florida, in and for Palm Beach County. As confirmation of our recent telephone discussions, I am authorized to confirm that my client would accept an offer of $300,000.00 for purchase of the Property and cancellation or satisfaction of any and all judgments or liens in favor of the Village Of Tequesta, whether reduced to judgment through litigation, claimed, or otherwise existing. Additionally, the Village Of Tequesta would be responsible for payment of any and all closing costs, recordation costs, transfer taxes, etc. that would be due and owing in connection with the purchase of the Property. Simply put, my client would net $300,000.00 from the purchase of the Property. Michael R.
