City of Riviera Beach — Robert Cleva, Trustee
"Pension Resource Center has been the City's administrator for 10 or 11 years. Whatever PRS has been
asked to do they have done a great job with. Riviera Beach just added a drop program which PRS did a
great job guiding the City through and implementing."
"PRS interFaces effectively with all the plan professionals, asset managers, pension attorney etc.
Through the years they have made changes to their asset manager and pension attorney and PRS has
worked effectively with all the parties, they have been the one constant."
"PRS is customer friendly. Denis McNeil is our administrator and has done a great job. I know of several
other municipalities in the area that use PRS and they all have good things to say."
"PRS has done a very good job with the annual and state reports."
When I asked Mark to discuss any weaknesses or problems he indicated there had been none worth
mentioning.
St. Lucie County Fire District — Chris Bushman — Chief & Trustee
Left phone message outlining our inquiry and offered my phone number and e-mail but I have not
received a response.
City of Daytona Beach — Mark Eisner — Board Chair
`Pension Resource Center has been our administrator for the past 10 or 11 years. Through the years we
have had a few issues but PRS has always responded promptly and quickly rectified things. They will do
whatever is necessary to keep our business."
"The city has 300 active employees, 50 retirees and over $140mm in assets utilizing 9 investment
managers. What issues we have had were in the early years as we were experiencing significant change
and growth. But they have been ironed out and PRS has performed well."
"Our administrator is Nick Sheez (sp?) and he is knowledgeable and good."
"The online calculator is pretty accurate. The website is good and has relieved the board and the City of
a lot of phone call questions from both active employees and retirees."
"We do utilize PRS to pay all our bills as well as our payments to retirees. They provide an itemized
report at each Board meeting and we review and approve. As a safeguard we limit the amount they
have in their checking account at any one time to $50K.
City of Daytona Beach — Paula Karr — City Benefits Manager
"Work with Nick Sheez and our experience has been excellent.'
"We host retirement seminars for our employees yearly and Nick has come here and done an excellent
job."
"PRS has been with us for 1-0 years and they have done an excellent job. I know of no significant issues
or problems.
