Public Hearing to consider and make recommendations to the Village Council with
regard to the following
1. Ordinance 11 -10 Amending the Village Code of Ordinances at Chapter 78.
Zoning. Article VI. Schedule of District Regulations. Division 2. Schedule of Use
Regulations. Sec. 78 -177. C -2 Community Commercial District Amending This
Section To Add "Retail Package Liquors, Cocktail Lounges And Bars" As A
Special Exception Use — Attorney Trela Davis [TAB 13]

COMMUNICATIONS FROM CITIZENS:
Communications from Citizens is an opportunity for the Village Council to hear concerns from citizens and not a time
for questions, answers and debate. Any citizen is entitled to be heard concerning any matter under the section
entitled "Communications from Citizens," subject to the three - minute limitation.
OTHER AGENDA ITEMS:
Any citizen is entitled to be heard on any official agenda item when the Village Council calls for public comments
subject to the three - minute limitation.
Village Council Meetings are public business meetings, and as such, the Village Council retains the right to limit
discussion on any issue.
