This Resolution is a companion to Ordinance 9 -10 and creates a schedule of fees and charges relating to
penalties for violations of Section 46 -140, Chapter 46 for the Tequesta Drive Bridge.

RESOLUTION NO. 26 -10
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR A SCHEDULE OF FEES AND
CHARGES RELATING TO PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF SEC. 46-
140, CHAPTER 46. MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF ORDINANCES. PROHIBITED VEHICLES ON THE
TEQUESTA DRIVE BRIDGE; PROVIDING THAT THIS SCHEDULE OF
FEES AND CHARGES SHALL BE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION AT
ALL TIMES AT THE VILLAGE HALL DURING REGULAR BUSINESS
HOURS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, desires to
provide for penalty amounts for violations of Sec. 46 -140, Chapter 46, Motor Vehicles
and Traffic, of the Village Code of Ordinances, which prohibits certain vehicles on the
Tequesta Drive Bridge; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council desires to make certain that the Schedule of
Fees and Charges is available for inspection such that any member of the public may
be aware of the penalty amount for each violation.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1: The Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, hereby
adopts a Schedule of Fees and Charges relating to violation penalties for Sec. 46 -140
of the Village of Tequesta Code of Ordinances in the amount set forth below; the
Schedule of Fees and Charges hereafter shall read as follows:
1. Violation Penalties for Teguesta Drive Bridge Reaulations
Violation of Sec. 46 -140. Prohibited Vehicles on Teguesta Drive Bridge;

Second infraction and each additional infraction 200.00
Section 2: The duly adopted Schedule of Fees and Charges shall be added to
the Village's comprehensive Schedule of Fees and Charges and shall be available at
the Village Hall for inspection by the public during normal business hours.
Section 3: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
