Please place this item on the agenda of the September 9, 2010, Council meeting for consideration. Coastal Reconstruction, on behalf of Brookdale Senior Living, Inc., owner, has submitted an application to change the exterior colors of the Sterling House buildings. The paint selections are: • Sherwin Williams — SW006 Cascade Green -building • Sherwin Williams — SW7566 Westhighland White - accent bands, columns, window returns and doors • • Sherwin Williams — SW6186 Dried Thyme - raised quoins The owners wish to change the building colors to sepaxate the Sterling House Community from the abandoned Crossings property, all of which are currently painted the same color scheme. This application is on the agenda of the September 2, 2010, Planning & Zoning Advisory Board and a verbal review of their findings will be presented to Council at Site Plan Review.
