Hey Joe,
I FINALLY reviewed the file for Mr. Coffey. All he needs to do is.....
1) Re-up his building permit.
2) Pay for and pick up his plumbing and mechanical permits.
3) He will have 6 months from that date to finish the project and call all 3 in for final inspections.
I tried giving Mr. Coffey a call in regards to this however, the number on the permit application is disconnected.
When you get back let's see if you have a current phone number for him and I will give him a call in regards to
this.

The Special Magistrate appointed by the Village Council to hear code compliance cases
for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Compliance Hearing held on the 26�` day of August, 2010, and based on
the evidence and testimony presented, entered an Order Crranting Continuance. The following
Findings of Fact and Order are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Respondent Stephen Coffey was present at the hearing; there was a finding of
proper notice.
2. The Respondents are in the process of bringing the property into campiiance, but
require additional time to complete the work. As such, the parties have agreed to continue this
matter to the September 23, 2010 agenda.

It is the Order of the Code Compliance Special Magistrate that this matter be continued to
the September 23, 2010 agenda, to be heard at 10:00 am at the VilIage Hall Council Chambers,
