Hey Joe, I FINALLY reviewed the file for Mr. Coffey. All he needs to do is..... 1) Re-up his building permit. 2) Pay for and pick up his plumbing and mechanical permits. 3) He will have 6 months from that date to finish the project and call all 3 in for final inspections. I tried giving Mr. Coffey a call in regards to this however, the number on the permit application is disconnected.
