HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance_82_05/12/1964 ORDINANCE NO. 82 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, PRESCRIBING THE USES OF LANDS ANNEXED BY THE VILLAGE PRIOR TO PUBLIC HEARING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 : That the use of all lands hereafter annexed by the Village of Tequesta, Florida, and incorporated within its corporate limits shall be limited to the uses permitted under Section 5 of the "Official Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta" until such time as a public hearing is held in accordance with said official zoning ordinance, it being understood that such public hearing shall be held within 120 days of such annexation and incorporation. Section 2 : That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed. Section 3 : That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval as provided by law. PASSED AND ADOPTED ON FIRST READING this 12th day of May, 1964. APPROVED: � Robert C..
