HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance_73_11/12/1963 ORDINANCE N0. 73 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUE STA WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 67, duly adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta on the 11th day of June, 1963, the Village did declare its intention under the provisions of Florida Laws 1961, Chapter 61 -2944, to annex certain lands more fully described in said Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Village has complied with the provisions and require- ments of said Ordinance, the Charter of the Village of Tequesta, and the laws of Florida, and no objections have been raised to the aforesaid intentions by the owner of said parcel of land; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA: Section 1: That the parcel of land hereinafter described is hereby annexed and incorporated into the Village of Tequesta, with the same force and effect as though the same had been originally incorporated into the territorial boundaries thereof, the same being described as follows: That part of the East 250 feet of the South 200 feet of Section 25, Township 40 South, Range 42 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, lying West of the County Road. Section 2: That said parcel of land shall be subject to all of the ordinances, regulations and codes of said Village. i r PASSED AND ADOPTED ON READING THIS day of �'' �rJ.,s >G:., , 1963.
