AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 43, AND
THE ZONING NAP - THEREUNDER TO.CHANGE THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF A CERTAIN PARCEL
OF LAND.
WHEREAS, the zoning ordinance of the Village of Tequesta,
Florida, being Ordinance No. 43, may be amended from time to time
on its own motion or on petition, after public hearing, by the
Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida; and
WHEREAS, upon petition of Di VOSTA LAND COMPANY, a Florida
corporation, to amend said Ordinance and the zoning map thereunder
to change the zoning classification of the property of the petitioner
hereinafter described, from R -1 to R -2 classification, a public
hearing was duly held on March 12, 1963;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA:
Section 1 . That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Tequesta, being Ordinance No. 43, and the zoning map thereunder, be,
and the same is hereby, amended with regard to the following described
property, to -wit:
Parcel B, Section 2, RIDGEWOOD HOMES, (a parcel of land
in Section 30, Township 40 South, Range 43 East, Palm
Beach County, Florida):
From the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township 40
South, Range 43 East, run North 0 17' 36.' West along
the West section.line of the said Section -30, a distance
of 1439.76 feet; thence North 89 42' 24" East, 409.43
feet; thence North 67 18' 14" East, 204:82 feet; thence
South 22° 41' 46" East, 59.84 -feet; thence North 67°
18' 14" East, 100.00 feet; thence South 22° 41' 46"
East, 480. feet to the point of beginning; thence
continue South 22 41' 46" East, 291.80 feet to a
point in the northerly right of way line of Tequesta
Drive; thence westerly along the arc of a 560.45 foot
radius curve (concave to the North) an arc distance
of 68.09 feet; thence northwesterly along the arc of
a 100.00 foot radius curve (concave to the Northeast)
an arc distance of 135.31 feet; thence North 13 26'
50" West, 120.80 feet; thence northwesterly along the
arc of a 530.00 foot radius curve (concave to the
Southwest) an arc distance of 42.64 feet; thence North
67 18' 14" East, 101.70 feet to the point of beginning,
to change the zoning classification of said property from R -1 to R -2.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict, be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and approval, as provided by law.
