HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance_31_04/12/1960 ORDINANCE NO. 31 AN ORDINANCE OF TFE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF TE(i.IEETA ITEREAS, sub — :,Action (29) of Section 3 of ARTICLE V of the Charter of the Village of Tequesta grants the: Village Council the power to annex any lands adjoining or within three miles of the territorial boundaries of said municipality upon the petition of the owner or owners thereof; and ' &MREAS, CHAS. H. CRIM, TRIUSTEE, the owner of certain land situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, has filed a petition with the Village Council requesting that the land described therein be annexed to the territorial limits of the Village of Teauesta, copy of said petition being attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully and completely set forth. herein, NOW, TFEREFOF:E, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: Section 1 . That the parcel of land described in the petition hereinabove mentioned and hereto attached is hereby annexed and incorporated into the Village of Tequesta, and the same shall be and become a part of the Village of Tequesta with the same force and effect as though the same had been originally incorporated into the territorial boundaries thereof. And, further, that s-xid land shall be subject to all. of the ordinznces, regulatlons and codes of said Village.
