HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance_25_12/08/1959 ORDINANCE NO. 25 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA ABANDONING TEE LANE, JAEGA PLACE AND A PORTION OF PALMETTO WAY IN THE SUBDIVISION OF TEQUESTA WHEREAS, Tee Lane, Jaega Place and Palmetto Way are public streets dedicated in and by the Plat of Tequesta, a Subdivision in the Village of Tequesta, Florida, according to the P at thereof on file in Plat Book 0;�� , at pages 1 to public records of Palm Beach County, Florida; and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Village Council that these streets are unnecessary and unessential for the street system of the Village, and that it is to the best interest of the Village to abandon said streets or portions thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: Section 1 . That all of Tee Lane, all of Jaega Place and that portion of Palmetto Way lying East of the northerly extension of the East right -of -way line of Yacht Club Place and lying West of Tequesta Drive, as shown on the Plat of the Subdivision of Tequesta, referred to above, are hereby abandoned and vacated. Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed. Section 3 .
