HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution_08-86/87_04/28/1987 • RESOLUTION NO. 8 -86/87 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING SIGNATORIES FOR VILLAGE DEPOSITORY ACCOUNTS. WHEREAS, the Village Council has previously approved depositories for Village Funds; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to make various transactions involving the funds within the approved depositories in order to conduct Village business; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate signatories required to authorize said transactions in a timely and efficient manner. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA: Section 1. All Village depository transactions shall require onl, the signature of the Village Manager. Section 2. In the absence of the Village Manager the dual signatures of the Finance Director and the Village Treasurer shall be required. In the absence of either secondary signatory, the signature of any other Councilmember shall be required for all Village expenditure or investment transactions. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was offered by Councilmember Ron Mackail who moved its adoption. The Resolution was seconded by Councilmember Earl L. Collings, and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: FOR ADOPTION AGAINST ADOPTION Carlton D. Stoddard Edward C. Howell Edwin J. Nelson Earl L.
