Valentine's Boxes and Caps a
This Jupiter/Tequesta Group is Making Winter Caps
and Filling Valentine's Boxes to Send to Afghanistan
TEQUESTA -- Recognizing the needs of our
soldiers overseas, an Adopt -a -Troop organization was
formed here about two and a half years ago, largely
due to the efforts of Kit Stewart, Pat Marie and a
handful of other Jupiter/Tequesta volunteer women.
They've sent care packages to the troops on a regular

that are placed in various local businesses. Residents
may deposit items in the boxes to help in the
program. Regular shipments are mailed out
throughout the year.
