MARY'S HOSPITAL CERTIFICATE OF NEED FOR THE REPLACEMENT AND REFURBISHMENT OF EXISTING FACILITIES AT ST. MARY'S HOSPITAL WHEREAS, the Village Council recognizes the importance and need for the replacement and refurbishment efforts of St. Mary's Hospital and; WHEREAS, said hospital serves the citizens of Tequesta and surrounding communities and that said replacements and refurbishments will benefit all the citizens of the community, and; WHEREAS, projection data indicates a significant need for this replacement and refurbishment to continue to serve the community to satisfy its medical needs; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA: Section 1 . The Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida hereby endorses and supports St. Mary's Hospital Certificate of Need, which said hospital is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. Section 2 . That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to: Mr. Thomas F. Hennessey, Administrator St. Mary's Hospital 900 - 49th Street West Palm Beach, Florida 33407 THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was offered by Councilmember Joseph Yoder , who moved its adoption.
