The following is submitted for your review and comment: 1) Site Plan Review (short form) application. 2) Code secrion, Section XII �(fl(1); (�(1), General Requirements and Setback Requirements. 3) Sign Specifications_ 4) Colored Rendering of Sign. 5} Site Map indicating Sign Location. Two actions are being considered in this application_ 'I"hey are as follows: 1) The erection of a new freestanding sign as indicated on the site plan. 2) The removal of the existing freestanding sign, with the following modification: a. The oval patt of the freestanding sigq "Ocean of Love" wili be detached from the egisting sign and pIaced on the brick wall on the egisting planter. Free standing sign: One (1) freestanding sign shall be allowed, not to exceed thirty (30) square feet in total area, a maximum height of seven (7) feet above finish grade, shall meet the setback require- n�ent of subsection (I) of these regulations and up to fifty (50) percent of the approved sign may be used as a changeable letter reader sign. ,� 2.
